Flatter A Friend

Flattering a Friend is A Friendly Interaction. To be able to flatter a friend, first you have to flirt with your friend first.

You have to continue doing some flirting interactions with your friend until you can see  flatter (which is another flirting interaction) icon appear. Just click on that and your quest will be completed if your friend didn't reject your flatter.
