Many people have been saying that either their rooms, their sims or both have been frozen. The developers seem to be working on fixing this, since many Sims players have had this problem. One possible fix would be to refresh the page.You can refresh the game by:
1. If a PC, press the F5 key on your keyboard.
2. If a Mac, hold down the command key and then press the R key while still pressing down the command key.
